Beware, though, as it won't make you completely impervious to Ganon's attacks, but it will lessen their strength. Speaking of Ganon — you'll need quite a bit of health if you hope to take him on, and the Great Fairy of Courage is here to help. Just outside of Ganon's Castle toward the end of the game, Link can find a Great Fairy Fountain hidden by a giant pillar.
Use the Golden Gauntlets to remove this pillar, and enter the Fountain. Here, the Great Fairy of Power will grant Link with a major defensive boost, basically causing him to take half damage from all attacks, effectively doubling his overall health. Reach this area from the Market and then climb up the nearby vines. Jump beyond the gate and you'll find a sign that says Dead End , with a boulder behind it.
Blast the boulder and crawl into the Great Fairy Fountain. Link will need to first visit the Great Fairy Fountain on Death Mountain before he can acquire this item. Place a bomb against the brown boulder to explode the entire wall, revealing the Great Fairy Fountain. The reward is Farore's Wind, which allows Link to create a warp point at any single portion of any dungeon. By using Farore's Wind a second time, Link can warp there. This ability even allows Link to warp across dungeons.
While it is not essential, it is helpful in quickly navigating through dungeons. Here you will find a series of large rocks that can be broken up by using the Megaton Hammer.

Nearby there is a lone boulder that can be blown up with some bombs. Drop down into the hole to find the Fairy Fountain. As a child, you can reach this area by grabbing a Cucco at the entrance of Zora's River, and bringing it all the way to the east end of the river.
You'll have to toss the Cucco up ahead, climb up platforms, and then grab the Cucco once again. Once you pass the main part of Zora's River, just before the bridge, Turn back and face to the west right where the water splits off in two directions. Use the Cucco to follow the water that floats directly to the west and try to land on the nearby ledge.
Climb up the ladder here to get to the top of Zora's River, where you'll find a boulder surrounded by small rocks. Blow it up and drop down to find the Fairy Fountain. Location : Gerudo's Fortress Conditions : Song of Storms While traveling through the various tunnels at the Gerudo's Fortress , there is an area on the ground level where there are two entrances and a series of wooden crates. If you walk near the wooden crates on the right side, the Shard of Agony will begin to chime.
Play the Song of Storms to create a small hole and drop down to find the Fairy Fountain. Navi will fly over to a nearby rock and turn green. Stand on this rock and play the Song of Storms, causing water to fill the Oasis, and making a bunch of fairies appear.
